It creates a mixture of 67.3% nitrogen, 12.5% oxygen, 3.2% Carbon dioxide and 17% argon when it mixes with air in the eventuality of a fire. This combination makes it safe for an occupied space and reduces the cardiac distress in humans which may arise out of panic and fear. An INERGEN system is certified and is extensively used all over the world as a preferred clean agent fire suppression system.
